China Digital has built a robust IT R&D and operations team, with nearly 2,000 software developers, and serves as the chair organization of the Ministry of Science and Technology’s “Changfeng Alliance Working Group for Promoting the Internet Information Services Industry.” The company has genuinely pioneered a SaaS service model with Chinese characteristics, centering on the SPS framework to establish standards and best practices tailored to China’s IT service operations. In terms of ICT infrastructure, China Digital has established specialized data centers in Beijing, Guangzhou, Suzhou, and other key locations, achieving interconnection between northern and southern telecom networks and creating a highly secure, highly reliable network environment that operates more than 3,000 pieces of equipment. Through joint laboratories with companies such as NetApp and HP, the company has realized compute pooling and storage pooling. In the e-commerce sector, it has innovatively developed an e-commerce platform offering on-demand and personalized services. To date, the company has filed more than ten technology patents and has been designated as a pilot enterprise under Beijing’s Patent Engine program.
